Art Psychotherapy in Galleries & Museums - Contact to Book

A therapy session which takes place within an art gallery or museum that offers individuals an opportunity to explore their inner world and promote psychological well-being. Clients may be asked to respond to artworks on display through creative art-making and/or through a discussion with a licensed art psychotherapist.

A focused and intentional practice of training the mind and body to reach a state of relaxation, heightened awareness and inner peace, guided by a trained instructor. Types of meditation include: mindfulness, guided, or body scan meditation.

Private Yoga (In-Person)

Clients will be guided through a mind-body practice which involves physical postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama). Benefits include improved flexibility, strength, balance and stress reduction. The style of yoga offered is Hatha/Vinyasa by a trained yoga instructor.

As a therapist, Tiffany values growth, resiliency and creativity and strives to support her clients with their inner growth, feeling grounded and reconnecting with themselves through the use of creative art-making. She believes everyone should be encouraged to have creative tools for self-reflection, self-regulating and self-expression. Her approach to understanding clients comes from an individual perspective informed by their social and cultural contexts. Tiffany works from a psychodynamic and reflexive point of view and incorporates a strength-based approach into her practice.

Tiffany’s approach to therapy comes from combining two disciplines: art and psychology by using lines, colours, shapes, and symbolic imagery to create a helpful way to make sense of feelings that are difficult to talk about. People of all ages can benefit from art psychotherapy, and previous art-making experience is not required.
