Art Psychotherapy in Galleries & Museums - Contact to Book
A therapy session which takes place within an art gallery or museum that offers individuals an opportunity to explore their inner world and promote psychological well-being. Clients may be asked to respond to artworks on display through creative art-making and/or through a discussion with a licensed art psychotherapist.
Art Psychotherapy & Yoga (In-Person)
In a combined art therapy and yoga session, participants will start with a yoga practice to relax and center themselves. Afterwards, clients are invited to engage in art-making activities such as drawing, painting, or journaling, while being encouraged to explore their thoughts, emotions, and sensations that arose during a yoga practice. Sessions are facilitated by a qualified art psychotherapist and trained yoga instructor.

Meditation (In-Person)
A focused and intentional practice of training the mind and body to reach a state of relaxation, heightened awareness and inner peace, guided by a trained instructor. Types of meditation include: mindfulness, guided, or body scan meditation.

Private Yoga (In-Person)
Clients will be guided through a mind-body practice which involves physical postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama). Benefits include improved flexibility, strength, balance and stress reduction. The style of yoga offered is Hatha/Vinyasa by a trained yoga instructor.
